Yorkshire MESMAC is proud to offer community outreach as part of the integrated Leeds Sexual Health service.
We offer services to communities including men who have sex with men, BME people, people misusing drugs, sex workers and LGB&T young people and adults. So whether you need HIV testing outside of a clinical setting or some confidential 1-2-1 support, Yorkshire MESMAC is here to help. As part of this service we can offer:

Every Tuesday we work with Leeds Sexual Health to offer full sexual health screenings at Yorkshire MESMAC Leeds.
Here you can test for HIV, Chlamydia and Gonorrhoea (urine sample tests as well as full rectal, throat and vaginal swabs), Syphilis and Hepatitis B & C. This service also offers Hepatitis A, B & HPV vaccinations & PrEP prescriptions.

We supply condoms and lubricant absolutely free of charge. You can collect these from your local office (see below for our contact details) or you can request for them to be sent out to you by post in a plain envelope.
Due to funding we are only able to send our free condom and lube postal packs to men who have sex with men in the Leeds area. The packs can be sent out weekly, fortnightly or monthly.
We can supply a variety of condom sizes (i.e. trim, standard, large, king size or latex free in either standard or large) and water based lube. All are branded with the BSI kite-mark and European CE mark. This means that they have been quality assured and can be safely used for anal and/or vaginal sex.

Our Testing Times service offers rapid point of care testing for HIV. They are completely free and confidential!
Our community development workers can provide 1-2-1 support for those times when you want to talk to someone in a safe, confidential and supportive environment. We can discuss a wide variety of issues including mental health, risk taking behaviour such as drug use and unprotected sex, coming out and new HIV diagnoses.
