Social opportunities for older LGBT people in Leeds.

This is a partnership project between Yorkshire MESMAC and AgeUK Leeds. It is part of the Time to Shine programme to address the social isolation faced by older people and is led by Leeds Older Peoples Forum.

Sage Drop IN socials are twice a month, they are a chance to come along to the Leeds MESMAC office for some social time with other older LGBT people. Get in touch if you need any assistance to be able to come along.

Older LGBT people are invited to get in touch if you want to find out more about the project.

We offer a quarterly newsletter providing more detail about our activities and other opportunities which may be of interest to older LGBT people, download it from this page or get in touch if you need a print copy sent in the mail.

For people who are interested in LGBT social history take a look at the latest WYQS Update August 2017 on our project West Yorkshire Queer Stories.

We have a variety of volunteer roles for people of all ages, get in touch if you want to get involved.

Get in touch if you want to refer your service users or find out about the Sage training to develop engagement with LGBT older people in your services.
