Strike Back- LGBT Kickboxing and Self-Defence _{Community run group}

Strike Back is the LGBT+ initiative aiming to help those within the community get into Martial Arts. We work on fitness, self defense, coordination, confidence and competition fighting. You'll be training under Instructor Steve, a member of the LGBT+ community, who currently holds a Black Belt 2nd Dan in Kickboxing and a Black Belt 1st Dan in Olympic TaeKwonDo. Training fees are £39 for once a week or £49 twice a week or £59 for unlimited classes. Class times are:

Adults Fitness Only

Tuesdays: 7pm

Wednesdays: 5:45pm

Adults Standard

Tuesdays: 7:45pm

Thursdays: 7:15pm
