White Rose Bears Community run group

After being voted 'Best Social Group' at the Leeds Owlies 2014, the White Rose Bears have announced their massively popular party nights in Leeds.

Held at their home venue of Blayds Bar, the White Rose Bears nights have the only regular events on the gay scene in Yorkshire for bears, big lads and all those who like them. Mostly held on the last Friday of the month, the events attract gay men from across Yorkshire, plus regular visitors from Manchester, the north east and beyond. With a widespread reputation for friendliness and a fun night out, the White Rose Bears invite you to come and make new friends.

With music and regular entertainment, the men-only events begin at 8pm and involve a one-off annual fee of £5 or a per-event fee of £2, either of which are payable on the door. To find out more about the White Rose Bears, join almost 800 other members in the Facebook group or follow us on Twitter, where you will find further details of the monthly party nights plus a range of off-scene social events held around Yorkshire, including walks, theatre visits, real ale pub crawls, camping trips and a range of other fun ways to make new friends.

The friendly WRB admin crew organise events and make sure that newcomers are made to feel welcome. The White Rose Bears have strong links to other bear social groups around the UK, including Midsbears, North East Bears (NEBears)and BearScots, and arrange visits to meet the bear crowd in other parts of Britain and Ireland.
