West Yorkshire CSE Conference

The West Yorkshire CSE Conference aims to raise awareness of the issues associated with sexually exploited children and young people in West Yorkshire. The conference is aimed at practitioners, managers and front line workers who work with or may come into contact with children and young people at risk of sexual exploitation.

Guest Speakers will be:

Sara Swann MBE, Leading Expert on Child Sexual Exploitation, proving a national perspective of CSE including Sexual Offences against Children and the recent Government guidance

Detective Inspector Granville Ward, West Yorkshire Police CSE Lead, Child & Public Protection Unit speaking on policing CSE in West Yorkshire.

The conference will take place on Thursday 15th April 2010, 10am to 4pm at Morley High School.

Delegates can attend three workshops from a choice of 11 workshops on the day.
