Criminalisation of HIV Transmission

The legal situation regarding HIV transmission is confusing and ever-changing. Clearly, this is causing a great deal of anxiety for people living with HIV. Following a consultation with service users, volunteers, Trustees and staff Yorkshire MESMAC Group of Services have developed a statement that outlines our position on the criminalisation of the transmission of HIV and STIs.
