The overall governance of Yorkshire MESMAC rests with the Board of Trustees. The Board of Trustees are the final decision making body of the organisation and as such, ratify all policies and ensure the legal and fiscal probity of the organisation.
The Director reports to the Board of Trustees, and the chair of the Board offers line management support and supervision to him.
The Board is made up of people drawn from the local communities in which Yorkshire MESMAC works. Additionally different ‘service groups’ such as the Our project, the Counselling service and LGB Switchboard have representation at board level as do the staff team.
