Yorkshire MESMAC provides a diverse portfolio of services from five bases across West and North Yorkshire, including health promotion work with LGB&T communities, social support services for people living with and affected by HIV and work supporting young men and boys being, or at risk of being, sexually exploited. The Charity is seeking to appoint to the following post.
Operations Manager – Post A
Your overall aims will be:
- To ensure that all Yorkshire MESMAC staff and volunteers are well managed and supported in their roles.
- To develop, maintain and monitor systems that ensure that the contractual responsibilities of Yorkshire MESMAC’s group of services are met.
Salary: NJC PO1/2 starting at £27,849 + 5% pension and membership of Leeds Hospital Fund. Full time post 37 hours per week – Contract ongoing - reviewed annually.
