We can provide training to professionals and service users on a range of issues, including LGB&T communities and HIV awareness.
Yorkshire MESMAC works with other professionals to ensure that services are relevant and accessible for LGB&T people.
We are able offer training sessions, to voluntary sector organisations, sexual health professionals and public sector bodies in the Bradford, Leeds, Hull and Wakefield districts and through out North Yorkshire.
Sessions can be tailored to your individual needs, ranging from a one-hour session to a whole day.
Content can include an overview of the work of Yorkshire MESMAC, updates on current issues affecting gay and bisexual men and men who have sex with men, and LGB&T communities, specific service delivery issues, and raising awareness of heterosexism and homophobia. We aim to be as responsive as possible to individual requests, just let us know what you need.
